The core of lifelong learning in the workplace is the Union Learning Reps (ULR). They are the key to unlocking the opportunities open to learners. Training is given so that they can effectively advise colleagues on learning needs and opportunities. They are recruited from the workforce and aim to add value to the employers existing training strategy.
